Allan Cramblitt
Founder, Proconsul Development
Allan founded Proconsul after serving as a U.S. Air Force civil engineer officer. His experience includes leading teams responsible for military facilities and infrastructure, managing construction and base operations programs, and working across engineering, readiness, and federal acquisition challenges.
He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Harvard University and a master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment from the University of Cambridge. His work and research focus on practical ways to improve infrastructure performance, resilience, and sustainability.
